During my first journey out of the Europe I counted with different cuisine. I predicted no bread, no tap water, no potatoes, no cheese and no salami. The thing I didn’t expect was how difficult will be to communicate about food with local “chefs”…
Firstly the food here is healthy, cheape and taste is just absolute sensation. Unfortunately Malay, or Chinese is not language I speak. And even the “chefs” are almost perfect, most of them cannot speak a word of the English. So the difficulties in the communication about food was the first and the main problem after my arrival.
After few weeks in Malaysia I’ve memorised few words of the main local dishes. When I was getting back from lunch today I was really satisfied and I felt that these feelings made by food I want to share. In next few days I will write and posting the photos of my lunches, dinners, breakfast, etc.
And what about food?
